I'm moved in!

3 weeks ago, I stepped out of the car in the Georgia heat and breathed in the smell of freshly cut grass.

Center Global Action school was starting in a few days and I wanted to move my bags into my new house before school started. I walked into my new room and dropped my bags. The sound of Jake and Nathan pounding and fixing little odds and ends in our house made me smile. I could hear my new roomates talking and exchanging ideas of how to make the house homey.

Laughter had already begun and the introductory conversations were fluent. The second night all of us girls stayed up til 2 a.m. laughing and joking that bonded us immediately.

CGA classes began on Monday. Adventures In Missions was flowing with people. I came to this school to be in community and to know what God has for me next.

It has been 3 weeks and I am slowly taking in new ideas. Community has stretched me and comforted me. Emily and I talked yesterday about the honeymoon stage being over but knowing that we love everyone here so much. We have bonded, cried and laughed together… already.

Jesus keeps speaking and revealing more of who He is and who He is in other people.

Perspectives are changing.
Ideas are forming.
Friendships are a Joy.
Dreams are happening.

So happy the Lord has placed me here for such a time as this.
